We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our busy Hull Service.

About the role
* First point of contact within the service, providing a welcoming reception space and ensuring Service Users and other visitors receive a friendly and efficient service and that all calls and visits are dealt with promptly and courteously.
* Contribute to the management of an effective appointments system.
* Contribute to the improvement and upkeep of all client areas, taking responsibility for ensuring the welcome area/client area promotes premises fit for recovery.
* Inputting information onto the CGL Information System as/when required.
* Undertake other duties appropriate to the grade of the post; this will include supporting prescribing administration and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) support.
* Covering all CGL Hubs within Hull when cover is required.
* Work flexibly and support the needs of the business, including some evening and weekend work.

* Excellent customer service skills.
* Experience of working in a busy environment & multi-tasking.
* Knowledge of general office procedures.
* IT literacy including proficiency in word processing and data entry.
* Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
* The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
* Solid numeric skills.
* Good organisational skills.
* Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
* A professional, empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards service users.
* The ability to respond flexibly to the demands of the post.
* The ability to work as a member of a team.
