We’re expanding our team at Integra and are looking for a motivated and result driven Industrial Recruitment Consultant.
Location: Warrington, WA2
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 PA
Working hours: 8:30AM-5:30PM (Monday to Thursday) / 7AM-4PM (Friday)
Key responsibilities:
* Building strong trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
* Identifying client hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
* Engaging daily with clients and candidates, from first contract to placement and ongoing support.
* Actively sourcing, screening and interviewing reliable workers by using job boards, CV databased and social media platforms.
