Chef De Partie – Michelin Star We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef de partie to join the chef patron and team in Michelin starred restaurant with rooms in Monmouth. The Chef de partie will be responsible for running a section and supporting the team to create dishes that fit alongside their tasting menu.
