Job Description
3. Develop and execute a customer portal strategy.
4. Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities.
5. Define and communicate product roadmaps.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and integration partners to design and launch portals.
7. Ensure compliance and customer-focused portal processes.
8. Support Heads of Product in building strong product practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Product Manager should have:
9. Proven experience in developing customer-facing portals and UX design.
10. Essential: Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (Dynamics, Power Platform).
11. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and digital transformation.
12. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues internationally.
13. Passionate about the non profit sector and charitable organisations.
