SCOPE
The Acrylic Fabricator is responsible for the precise cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing of acrylic materials to produce high-quality components and products for commercial, retail, or custom applications. This role requires strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Core Knowledge Base:
* CAD or Adobe Creative suite knowledge.
* Knowledge of systems, policies and procedures.
* Excellent media knowledge with emphasis on sustainability and waste management.
Core Areas of Responsibility:
* Ensuring a high standard of quality control.
* Ensuring that machines produce high standards in quality.
* Ensuring the safe and smooth running of work whilst operating at capacity.
* Ensuring that the machines and filters are properly maintained
* Ensuring stock levels are maintained and procurement communicated.
* Ensuring company policies are followed.
* Ensuring Health and Safety policies are followed.
Main Duties:
* Managing all acrylic projects bound for the laser and Router.
* Designing, machining, building and gluing of acrylic projects
* Keeping day to day activities organised.
* Machine maintenance.
* Procurement of materials.
* Training.
* To perform other reasonable tasks as required by the Directors or your department head.
* Follow and promote to colleagues, visitors and the public all health and safety procedures and protocols.
* Follow Echo’s sustainability policies and procedures. Promote sustainable operations to colleagues.
