Assistant Brand and Content Manager - First Direct Bank (HSBC)
Join HSBC as an Assistant Brand and Content Manager and support the creation, delivery and evaluation of brand-driven marketing initiatives across social media and other digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Support creation and scheduling of content.
- Execute end-to-end delivery of brand social media and content marketing campaigns.
- Ensure marketing communications are aligned with the brand and consistent across all channels, fit for each channel, and linked to the brand purpose.
- Assist brand and digital sales across multiple channels.
- Support the Content and Social runway by delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing marketing budget, maximizing ROI and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape marketing and communications strategy.
- Create compelling agency briefs with clear objectives and targets.
- Incorporate learning from post-implementation reviews into future briefs and activities.
- Partner with segment and product teams to develop targeted, creative direct marketing briefs.
- Provide regular campaign performance reporting for optimisation.
- Champion fair outcomes for customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in a relevant market and/or context; financial services background desirable.
- Experience in social media and/or content marketing roles.
- Knowledge of financial services products (desirable).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Understanding of marketing and segmentation principles.
- Experience supporting multi-media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills; self-starter.
