Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer
Location: Preston Area (covering Manchester and surrounding areas)
Salary: £45,000 per annum + overtime & benefits

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established facilities management team, working on prison service contracts across the Preston and Manchester regions. This role offers stability, excellent benefits, and long-term career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas and oil-fired heating & ventilation systems.
* Ensure all work is carried out to current regulations and safety standards.
* Use CAFM systems to manage and record maintenance tasks.
* Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.
* Travel between sites as required (company van provided).
Requirements:
* In-date Commercial Gas Safe qualifications (essential).
* Experience working within prison environments (must hold or be able to obtain CTC clearance).
* Strong knowledge of M&E systems.
* OFTEC qualification advantageous.
* Full UK driving licence.
