PE Global is currently recruiting for an Internal Communication Specialist for a leading multi-national Pharma client based in Runcorn.
This is an initial 12 months contract working mainly on site with potential to work from home occasionally.
Rate starts from £21.00ph PAYE – depending on experience.
Duties of the role/Responsibilities
1. Partnering with the business to advise on the best way to communicate key messages about its key business objectives in a timely and consistent way.
2. Support the development of People Leaders in the role they play in communications across the business.
3. Developing an annual internal engagement communications plan for Runcorn, in close cooperation with HR and other internal stakeholders, that is led by business priorities and successfully execute it in line with agreed targets and cluster/global campaigns and priorities
4. Producing high-quality engaging content to deploy on our internal and external channels, with an innovative mix that incorporates video, written and interactive communications – leveraging the full power of the channels we have available to us
