Job Overview
As we continue to grow we need someone in our office full-time taking care of all the administration tasks. These include managing the procurement and supplier meetings, organising engineer diaries and booking work in, chatting to the sales team and creating proposals for new and existing projects. You may be required from time to time to visit existing sites, attend training and events.
You may already work in this industry or a similar industry, behind a desk or on the tools. Perhaps you feel like a change and a different path in your career or would just like a new start.
Duties
* Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring all needs are met promptly and effectively.
* Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using ServiceM8.
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing office correspondence.
* Implement strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while managing accounts.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an account management or similar role is preferred.
* Proficiency in CRM's or Job Management is highly desirable.
* Strong team management skills with previous supervising experience.
* Background in human resources or office administration is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Ideally, have background or knowledge in the electrical, security or smart home industry.
