We are recruiting for People Services Assistant to join our continually growing People Services team on a temporary basis. Our new offices are based at the i9 building in Wolverhampton and is an excellent location for transport links by car, bus, train and tram.
What the day will look like
responsibilities include:
* To support the recruitment of new employees undertaking administrative tasks as required including communicating with potential applicants.
* To support the Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator with the organisation and monitoring of recruitment including co-ordination of interview schedules, updating and maintaining the internal recruitment system, interview packs, and liaising with candidates.
* To monitor and support the team with outlook mailboxes relating to recruitment enquiries/people management enquiries and escalate to the relevant member of the team where necessary.
About you
You will be highly organised and confident when communicating with a range of candidates and internal managers. You will have an interest in supporting with recruitment and proficient with Microsoft Office.
