That’s where you come in….\n\n Position Description Due to continued growth, we have opportunities for Scotland based field Service Engineers to repair and maintain Airedale and other manufacturer’s refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.\n\n Key Responsibilities \nCarry out all repair and maintenance work to Airedale and other manufacturers’ refrigeration and air conditioning equipment to a high standard of accuracy. \nWork and liaise closely with customers.
\nSubmit paperwork in a prompt and efficient manner. \nReport day to day activity to the Service Team Leader to ensure availability and productivity. \nLiaison with other Service Support Engineers to ensure works are completed on time.
\nSubmit site reports within prescribed timeframe. \nSubmit expenses paperwork and timesheets within prescribed timeframe. \nAct in a professional manner towards customers to promote company image at all times.
\nFollow health and safety policies and procedures at Airedale and at customer sites. \nMaintain an excellent attendance record. \nAble to work outside of normal office hours on a regular basis including weekend.
#LI-TS1\n\nRequired Education & Qualifications \nChillers – experience of service, maintenance and repair of chillers and chiller systems. \nClose Controls system – Ability to work through controls systems for Diagnosis of faults, service and repairs. \nExperience of working within a high pressure environment.
\nStrong electrical experience with the ability to read detailed electrical schematics to diagnose faults accurately. \nStrong mechanical experience – water/fridge systems. \nKnowledge of different compressor technologies would be an advantage – Screw, Scroll, Turbocor.
\nOrganised, with a proactive positive personality, and an ability to self-manage. \nGood communication and report writing skills. \nFull UK driving license.
\nComputer literate PC knowledge – general skills in Microsoft office. \nExcellent customer service/facing skills. \nControls navigation knowledge – Carel/Trend.
Required Qualifications\n\nCITB – Safety handling of Refrigerants F-Gas 2079 qualified or equivalent. \nHealth and safety training for Skills Card (would be an advantage) \nCSCS – Skills card (would be an advantage) \nIPAF/PASMA (would be an advantage) \nSSSTS (would be an advantage)
