Location: The Barnsley Metrodome Contract: Temporary - 11 Months (Maternity Cover) 1st March 2026 - 31st January 2027 About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales and Bookings Executive to join our team at the Barnsley Metrodome. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and grow our function room bookings while delivering exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales for function room bookings, ensuring revenue targets are met. Respond promptly to enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Coordinate all aspects of the booking process, from initial enquiry to event completion. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery. Maintain accurate records and reports on bookings and sales performance. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or event management is desirable. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems.
