Job Description
We are looking for a Benefits Manager / Consultant to work for a large banking client on a 6 months contract. The role would be very project focused, relating to their benefits and rewards schemes across multiple global jurisdictions.
As a result we are looking for experience in the following areas:
* Strong benefits / reward management experience
* Knowledge of international pensions across EMEA, APAC etc
* Proven track record managing benefits / reward projects and able to work autonomously with minimal direction
* Good Excel skills
* Project Management Skills
This is based in London and will require 3-4 days in the office each week and will be working through an Umbrella company.
