Role :
SAP Finance Process transformation Consultant
Responsibilities:
* As a F&A Consulting leader, you will embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow you to utilize your experience, process knowledge and product skills.
* Your knowledge to design, advice, sell and manage programs, will help define industry and product leading transformation programs.
* The Process Transformation consulting practice also offers opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge through training and certifications across multiple leading ERP/ CRM/ business application products (including leading SaaS/Cloud players) and enablers – allowing you to drive opportunities for yourself and Wipro while keeping your career ahead of the curve.
* The F&A Process lead needs to have a minimum 15+ years of leading Finance Transformation, Finance process design, Finance BPR for large scale ERP implementations.
* Acts as a Senior Trusted Advisor for opportunity shared, covering the entire company of a big/complex, multinational Finance Processes end-to-end.
* Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong Customer & stakeholder management skills Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
* Defines Finances Strategies, Governance and Finance Process Architecture based on state-of-the art of S/4HANA Finance technology
* The process lead should have deep business process knowledge and some hands on ERP experience (Preferably SAP S/4 Hana finance or Oracle Cloud Finance experience implementation. Process Design expertise for leading large enterprises level transformations for clients moving to latest Cloud / S4 HANA in the following areas:
Skills Required:
* Must have deep understanding of how various tracks outside of F&A functions work together for an integrated view of the enterprise applications – ex: inventory, Costing methodologies, order fulfillment, contracts management, procurement functionalities etc, especially relevant to implications on Finance and Accounting.
* Deep architectural understanding of at least one major ERP (SAP ECC or S/4 HANA or Oracle EBS R12 / fusion financials, etc.
* Ability to architect a green-field implementation as well as global rollouts is a must.
* Must have the ability to lead solution discussions, lead design workshops, present solution options in front of a large audience as well as key leadership teams like accounting directors, Controller, CFO, etc.
* Deep hands-on Consulting background in transformation around ERP (S4Hana, SAP ECC FICO / Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud SaaS Financials / JDA etc.)
* Deep hands-on consulting on F&A - S4Hana FIN or other ERPs like Oracle Cloud FIN etc.
* Define the best strategy for customers, either new installation, conversion depending on the requirements and complexity of customer environment. Support consulting and license presales opportunities. Architect solution/implementation approach (Requirements, Scope, Estimation). Experience in developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
