About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional team member to support the development of a transformational school. The successful candidate will join a strong history department, working collaboratively to shape history provision, embed the school vision, and develop an outstanding school that empowers students to take responsibility and drive their own destiny.
This role offers opportunities for growth within the school. We support staff development and preparation for future roles through one-to-one coaching, mentoring, and extensive training. Teaching experience is not essential; applications from NQTs and experienced teachers are welcome.

Ark Soane Academy is a new, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school opened in Ealing in September 2021. We offer a challenging curriculum in a calm environment, emphasizing outstanding teaching, behaviour, kindness, and respect.
