Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage customs documentation for import shipments
* Collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate customs clearance processes
* Ensure compliance with relevant customs laws and regulations
* Troubleshoot and resolve customs-related issues in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate records of customs documentation and transactions
* Keep up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and industry practices
* Provide proactive updates to clients on the status of their shipments
* Identify opportunities for process improvement within the customs coordination function
