Job description Assisting the sales department with sales administration, including preparation of quotations, processing of new orders and preparation of 2D CAD general arrangement drawings (CAD training will be given if required).Responsibilities:Preparing new and revised quotations.Processing of new orders from customers.Liaise with customers on the telephone & via email.Liaise with design and production departments.Produce and amend 2D CAD general arrangement layout drawings.Essential skills:Familiarity with basic office tasks and computer packages.Excellent telephone manner.Attention to detail / accuracy with numbers.Ability to work well in a team.Preferred skills:Basic 2D CAD experience.The hours of work are:Monday-Thursday 7:45am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch + 2 off 15minutes breaks.Friday 7:45am to 1:45pm with a 15 minute break.We pay for the breaks, but not lunch.
