Position Details
Location: National | Up to £65K + Car + Bonus (OTE £85K)

We’re seeking a Sales Manager with proven B2B sales experience, ideally in manned guarding, to drive new business and develop strong client relationships.
This role offers growth within a national footprint, autonomy, and support to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifying & securing high-value security contracts
2. Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
3. Building long-term client relationships across key sectors
4. Leading proposal & tender submissions
5. Collaborating with operations, bids, and marketing teams for seamless delivery
6. Reporting on performance using CRM tools
Candidate Requirements:
1. B2B sales experience in security guarding sales
2. Strong communication skills with a sharp commercial edge
3. Ability to close deals and negotiate at all levels
4. Self-motivated with a ‘hunter’ mindset
5. Full UK driving license
