Job Description
Data Management:
* Enter, maintain, and update employee data in the HRIS to ensure accuracy and integrity.
* Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
* Perform data uploads into Workday utilizing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
System Administration:
* Configure, maintain, and optimize various HR processes like payroll, talent & performance, and onboarding/offboarding.
* Coordinate and support the deployment of Workdays bi-annual upgrade releases.
* Test new system changes and support integrations between Workday and third-party vendors.
* Troubleshoot technical issues reported by end users, providing level 2 support across multiple Workday modules.
* Participate in projects aimed at continuous improvement and development of HR technology solutions.
User Support & Training
* Serve as a primary technical point of contact for end users.
* Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate end users on HR system features and functionality.
* Effectively collaborate with teams such as HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Recruiting and Finance, providing exceptional customer service.
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP).
* Experience with data analysis and report generation.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
* Able to show initiative in an agile environment and take on independent learning.
