We are seeking a Machine Shop/CNC Team Leader to work for a successful multinational manufacturing company in Whitstable. This is a permanent position paying £34,000 to £37,000 pa annum, depending on experience. 37.5 hours pw. Working pattern; Monday to Thursday; 8am to 4.30pm and Friday; 8am to 1.30pm. Based on site. Purpose of the role: To ensure the smooth daily running of the area ensuring all targets as defined by the Production Manager and in line with the scope are met on time whilst maintaining Quality and Health & Safety standards.
