The Role:
* Identify common customer concerns (cost, performance guarantees, aftersales) and build response strategies.
* Develop sales toolkits (scripts, comparison sheets, demo videos) tailored to regions/customer profiles.
* Work with product teams to refine system designs based on client feedback.
* Train installer sales teams and update talk tracks based on field insights.
* Diagnose installer pain points (e.g., site survey errors, delayed quotes) and propose solutions to accelerate deals.
Required Skills:
2+ years in residential solar PV system technical/pre-sales/installation management, with full-process familiarity (design, component selection, installation, commissioning).
