At First Thought Care Services, we're not your typical care provider - and we don't want to be.
For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.
We're a multi-service organisation supporting children, young people and adults through life's transitions, from childhood to adulthood and beyond. Following an exciting management restructure, we're entering a new chapter of growth, innovation and shared purpose. You'll be part of a robust, multi-layered management structure with clear lines of support - including our Complex Team, Operations Team, HR and Wellbeing Teams, and Director-led Quality Assurance.
