A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a respected Legal 500 firm, recognised for its market-leading expertise in Medical Malpractice and Healthcare Law.
As part of continued strategic growth across its national Healthcare practice, the firm is now seeking a confident and ambitious Solicitor to join its specialist team in Manchester. You’ll work alongside some of the most experienced defendant lawyers in the country, handling a range of medical malpractice and clinical negligence claims.
The team acts on behalf of prominent healthcare insurers, indemnifiers, and private hospital groups, defending claims brought against medical professionals. The work is varied, complex, and high-profile, offering exceptional exposure for someone looking to deepen their expertise in this field.
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ–4 years PQE)
* Experience in Clinical Negligence, Medical Malpractice, or Defendant Insurance Litigation
* Strong litigation and file-handling skills, including experience managing your own caseload
* Prior exposure to claims involving medical professionals or healthcare clients is advantageous
* Technically proficient with a keen eye for detail
