As a Data Operations Senior Associate in Regulatory Reporting Data Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the data used within Regulatory Reporting submissions and associated applications is maintained to a high standard of conformity, accuracy, and overall quality. We continue to strengthen our management of this data and drive improvement through building enhanced Data Quality rules and processes. Job responsibilities Manages and maintain data quality Maintains and improves processes that result in enhanced data sourcing Manages and resolves of control breaks from processes Uses tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Excel, JIRA, Confluence wiki content design and maintenance Provides support to deliver the multi-year strategic controls roadmap Drives improvement through building enhanced Data Quality rules and processes Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Solid understanding of data analysis fundamentals, supported by practical examples. Experience in documenting and designing process and data flows. Strong data-centric and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and design innovative solutions. Willingness to develop new skills and learn new tools to implement proposed solutions.
