Teaching Personnel are on the lookout for a dedicated, hard-working & passionate individual to take on the role of Teaching Assistant in & around the Radyr area. No teaching experience required The working week will be between Monday – Friday starting at 8:30am & finishing at 3:30pm. Role Duties: - Supporting the teacher whenever required. - Create a fun environment in the classroom for children to thrive. - Develop a working rapport with the students. - Provide a safe space for the students to develop their learning. - Find an effective way to deliver feedback for the student’s efforts. - Promote a child-led approach. - Deal with potentially challenging behaviour.
