Catering Assistant
Hours: 36 to 48 hrs per week (To include working alternate weekends)

Our team at are looking to recruit a friendly and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to assist with delivering quality meals to our residents in the care home. This is a ideal opportunity for a experience kitchen assistant who is familiar with working in a busy nursing home
Responsibilities of the Catering:
As a Catering Assistant; you will be taking an active role in supporting the Chef with the preparation and delivery of meals for residents. As well as preparing fresh ingredients for various meals, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen area that adheres to both Health and Safety regulations and the exemplary standards of the home.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen environment
* Cleaning all crockery, cutlery and food preparation equipment
* Assist in preparation of meals for service
* Prepare food and ingredients for service.
Desirable Skills and Experience of the Catering Assistant
We provide support for your role as Catering Assistant from our friendly team. Previous experience within a health care setting is essential
