Overview
The role is a customer facing position accountable for the complete ownership of VMhosts customer accounts. Acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring strong relationships, successful outcomes, and long-term customer retention. Customer engagements will typically be online and by telephone with some onsite meetings at customer premises across the UK.
The Opportunity
The suitable candidate will be a confident and well-presented professional who must have MSP industry experience either in a technical, service delivery, sales or account management role. You will be expected to understand your client\'s IT needs and nurture the relationship in order to generate additional revenue.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
* Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines
* Proactively track and manage all customer contract renewals
* Use internal systems to log opportunities and generate quotes
* Hold on-site and remote meetings to capture and clarify client requirements
* Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities across the Sales Team as required
* Support overall team performance and business objectives
Personal Skills and Attributes
* 2 years plus experience working within a Managed Service Provider
* Comfortable planning and presenting to all client levels
* Experienced in standard MSP technologies
* Demonstrate competence in oral and written communications
