Job Description
Location: Choice Care, Suite 16, Blackburn Enterprise Centre, Furthergate
About The Role
We provide care and support for clients needing end‑of‑life care, dementia care, sensory or physical impairment support, enabling them to live in their homes with dignity.
We train staff and provide career progression opportunities.
Compensation
Hourly rate of £12.75 for candidates with no experience, receiving training. £13.00 for candidates with at least six months of caring experience. £13.50 for those holding NVQ Level 2 or higher in Health & Social Care, or once achieved.
Pay is processed in the next payroll every four weeks.

Schedule
Weekend availability. Part-time hours 20–40 per week. Full-time positions available.
