The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for closing warm leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes regular communication with clients, addressing their needs, and helping them select the right tracking solutions. The Sales Account Manager will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contributing to the growth and success of the company. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills Experience in Account Management and Lead Conversion Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the vehicle security or automotive industry is a plus
