Your Role
- Manufacturer Servicing: Carry out routine servicing, safety maintenance, and advanced mechanical repairs to strict luxury brand guidelines.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Use specialized main dealer diagnostic tools and technical schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Quality & Safety: Complete thorough vehicle health checks (VHCs) and quality inspections, ensuring all high‑end passenger machinery meets the highest safety standards.
- Workshop Documentation: Maintain clear, precise digital job records and vehicle condition documentation.
- Tech Evolution: Stay at the cutting edge of the automotive sector by participating in regular manufacturer upskilling and EV training programs.

What You Need
- Qualifications: An industry‑recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a qualified Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Main Dealer Technician. An active MOT licence is a distinct advantage but non‑essential.
- Key Strengths: Confident interpreting data, working independently on complex technical faults, and maintaining a high "right first time" fix rate.
- Licensing: A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
