Job Description
The Employment Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
3. Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters to clients across various sectors including retail, sports and technology
4. Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
5. Represent clients in employment tribunal cases, including preparation and advocacy.
6. Advise on redundancy processes, TUPE, and other workplace restructuring matters.
7. Conduct training sessions on employment law topics for clients and internal teams.
8. Support senior team members in complex legal cases and strategic decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Employment Solicitor should have:
9. A strong academic background and likely to be around 2-7 years PQE
10. Proven expertise in employment law and handling tribunal cases.
11. Experience gained from a large regional, national or international law firm.
12. Ties to Leeds
13. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
14. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results.
