- Provide safe care to clients in their homes across Chatham

- Assist with washing, grooming, dressing and mobility
- Prepare nutritious meals and support hydration
- Administer medication properly
- Peg feeding
- Suctioning
- Days and possible nights
- Offer companionship and emotional comfort
- Keep the home tidy and safe
- Identify changes in wellbeing and elevate concerns
- Work with relatives and professionals

What you’ll bring
- At least six months’ UK experience working as a Live‑in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
