Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor:\n\nSalary: £55,000 - £65,000\n\nLocation: Manchester\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nOur client, a leading international consultancy, is expanding their North West team and seeking a Senior Building Surveyor.\n\nIf you have experience in Government, Education, Blue Light, Industrial, retail or commercial and would like to be a Senior Building Surveyor, then this could be the job for you.\n\nResponsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor:\n\nLead the tendering process, including tender invitations, analysis, and the preparation of comprehensive tender reports.\nDeliver a wide range of building surveying services across diverse projects and sectors.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery for each project.\nManage projects from inception to completion, including drafting specifications, schedules of work, and applying a structured, detail-oriented approach. \n\nRequirements for the Senior Building Surveyor:\n\nBachelor's degree (BSc Hons) in Building Surveying, accredited by RICS.\nProven experience across all core areas of building surveying.\nStrong awareness of industry trends, challenges, and best practices.\nPrevious experience in the public sector would be advantageous but not essential.What's on offer for the Senior Building Surveyor?\n\n25 days annual leave plus public (with the ability to buy + sell days)\nA starting salary of between £55,000 to £60,000 dependant on experience.\nPension Contribution of 10%\nHealthcare \n\nWhat happens next:\n\nOn receipt of your application our dedicated Surveying and Project Management recruiter, Max Dunnigan, will contact you to discuss this opportunity in full detail.
