Working patterns will bewithin the hours of 8am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
The rota will be assignedto you 2 weeks in advance to advise of shifts.

We are looking for anadministrator/receptionist to join our friendly team at Pennys Hill Practice.You should have previous experience in a customer service environment, beflexible and willing to learn and have an ability to work under pressure.Applicants should also be confident and able to project a positive and friendlyimage to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone aswell as offer general assistance to the practice team. Whilst knowledge andexperience of the NHS are beneficial, they are not essential, and training willbe given. This is a challenging role at times, but it is also very rewarding.

We are looking for a receptionist to join our teamhere at Penny's Hill Practice. We are based in Ferndown Town Centre in walkingdistance to all amenities and the local supermarket. The practice shares thepurpose built premises with Orchid House Surgery with a range of communityservices also being provided from attached facilities.
Pennys Hill Practice is a six partner practice providinga range of primary care and community health services from Ferndown MedicalCentre. We run a personal list system for our 6 GP's and have approximately 7500 patients registered with us. We also have 3 practice nurses, 1Phlebotomist, 1 Phlebotomist / HCA, 1 tracker nurse / HCA and our receptionteam.
