About the role
Booker Group is seeking a Technical Standards and Compliance Controller for a senior role within the Technical team. This role involves creating and maintaining technical policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with legislative and company standards aligned with Tesco. The position manages the technical and quality assurance teams.
You will be responsible for
* Ensuring team compliance with health & safety, legal standards, and company procedures.
* Clarifying team roles, responsibilities, and expected behaviors.
* Identifying best practices and implementing improvements.
