Remote Financial Planning Data Administrator
£32,000, negotiable

As a Remote Data Administrator, youll play an important role in maintaining the firms data integrity and supporting advisers and operations through accurate data input, reporting, and system management. Your attention to detail and strong technical skills will help streamline processes, enhance internal data quality, and contribute to the delivery of excellent client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
7. Maintain accurate client and policy data within Intelligent Office (IO)
8. Input, update, and validate financial planning data and documentation
9. Use Excel to manage datasets, generate reports, and support MI requirements
10. Assist advisers and support staff with data queries and system navigation
11. Monitor data accuracy and identify inconsistencies or discrepancies
12. Support with workflow management, task allocation, and tracking
13. Help streamline processes and contribute to improvements in data management
14. Produce and update documentation and reports for management as required
To be considered you will need:
15. Experience in a data administration or support role within financial planning, wealth management, or an IFA environment
16. Strong Excel skills (formulas, data validation, pivot tables desirable)
17. Confident user of Intelligent Office (IO)
18. Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills
19. Ability to manage workload remotely and work collaboratively with wider teams
