Responsibilities:
Cold Calling/Outreach: Contact retail buyers, distributors, and category managers via phone, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Appointment Setting: Your goal is NOT to sell the product, but to schedule a 15-minute Zoom discovery call with our consultants.
Lead Management: Update our CRM with call notes and follow-up status.
Handling Rejections: Professionally navigate gatekeepers and objections.
Requirements:
Fluent/Native English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Crucial).
Experience: Proven track record in B2B cold calling or appointment setting.
Tools: Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WhatsApp Business, and HubSpot/Pipedrive.
Resilience: You are not afraid of the word "No."
Compensation:
Hourly Base + Incentive
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
