Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience or equivalent expertise in technical project management, leading complex technology projects in programs in a large organization Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams and stakeholders Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services Proven track record of effectively managing resources and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated expertise on driving execution with agility, at scale Demonstrated expertise on large group facilitation Familiar with EMEA banking regulatory bodies (e.g. Bank of England, EBA etc.), as well hands-on experiences in dealing with internal auditors, Compliance and regulators Bachelor’s degree or an equivalence in work experience with Technology Delivery and Project Management Office Technology risk and controls experience
