Job Description This role, for a commercially strong Business Development Director, will be responsible for the management of strategic and operational sales and business development activities in respect of the South East & London region. You will be responsible for driving sales activity and business growth, originating new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our market presence. As a Business Development Director, your responsibilities will include, among others Originate new business opportunities with prospective clients in the region Identify and research target clients in the region to drive pipeline development and conversion Manage and drive the sales process to convert prospects into new clients Meet with prospects regularly and use this interaction to improve the firm’s brand, relationships and identify opportunities Work with relevant teams and partners in the region to develop winning proposals that speaks to the client’s needs and objectives Manage sales information including conversion rates, key targets, pipeline management, KPIs and trend information Drive progress on regional strategy
