Technical Support Engineer – Electronics Products - Lancaster
A global engineering company that tackles challenges within the positioning, navigation and timing space is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support product delivery, integration, and customer deployment across complex technical environments.
What you'll do as a Technical Support Engineer:
• Provide technical support to customers
• Prepare, configure, and integrate software and hardware for existing and potential customers
• Troubleshoot and investigate real-world technical issues
• Support field trials, evaluations, and customer deployments
• Produce and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials
What you'll bring as a Technical Support Engineer:
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience integrating software applications or hardware with products/systems
• Confident customer-facing communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and overseas
