We make health happen As Senior Project Manager you will deliver business value by providing expertise and experience in programme and project management enabling greater productivity within the IT Delivery team. For this hands on role we are looking for a self-starter, with strong technical and project management understanding. You will be able to shape the IT implementation approach for its projects being able to achieve the desired business outcomes through delivery. How you’ll help us make health happen Act as the lead for the project team, vendors and business, owning the management process throughout the entire project lifecycle Act as key contributor to all procurement and engagement processes Plan and direct the overall project of work by driving a clear vision and goals Effective management of issues and risks ensures that options and solutions are validated and the impact of decisions are articulated and understood Ensuring deliverables are built to an agreed quality Ensure accurate and adequate documentation and reporting during delivery and into service Creating an engaged project team throughout the whole project/engagement lifecycle What you’ll bring: Experience on leading and delivering complex IT projects or programmes in a healthcare environment Significant experience in delivery/project/program management in an Agile, multidisciplined environment in roles across the business and IT Successful delivery of projects within scope, budget and agreed timescales Ability to manage communication with stakeholders at a variety of levels and select the most appropriate method of communication Ability to estimate, forecast and report progress accurately Strong working knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Dev Ops, Planner …) Strong working knowledge of change management practices ie: PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile/SCRUM Master/Change Management/Risk Management certifications desirable Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
