Broughton Group is looking for a Technical Support - 2nd line in Eastleigh / Southampton. This ongoing, temporary position offers hybrid working and a rotating shift pattern. You will provide second-line support for the client’s POS software, managing cases from initial contact through resolution while delivering exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have 18 months to 2+ years of experience in technical helpdesk/support, with strong skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
