About the Role
We're on the lookout for a proactive Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced IT services team. You'll be the vital link between our Sales Team, customers, and internal departments, making sure everything runs seamlessly from quote to fulfilment.
What you'll be doing
* Accurately create and process quotes, orders, and renewals.
* Be a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring quick, professional responses
* Support procurement of hardware & software licensing.
* Collaborate with Account Managers, Finance, Projects & Service Desk to deliver results.
* Assist with sales reporting, KPIs, and revenue growth opportunities.
* Keep all sales documentation accurate, compliant, and audit ready.
What you'll bring:
* Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
* A solid understanding of the sales cycle, from quoting to renewals
