The Role - Recruitment Consultant
In your first year you will:
Source, interview and place candidates into schools
Build professional candidate profiles for client marketing
Work to clear weekly KPIs and performance targets
Earn commission at every stage of progress
Develop confidence in negotiation, relationship-building and time managementYou'll be supported daily by:
An experienced Team Manager
Dedicated in-house trainers
A personal mentor
One of the strongest education recruitment teams in the UKWhat Happens After Year 1?
You'll move onto a Sales Desk with advanced training in:
Business development & margin negotiation
Client management & safeguarding
Handling objections and difficult conversations
Long-term career planning and leadership developmentMany Impact Academy consultants reach top-10 biller status within 12 months of moving into sales.
