Summary
Schedule: 13:30–22:00 (starting 14:00) Monday–Sunday on a 5‑week shift pattern with two days off in lieu.
About the Role
You will be a Technical Advisor on the Wholesale Service Desk, helping customers with water supply issues, liaising with field technicians and ensuring high service quality.
Main Responsibilities
* Assess customer water supply issues to prioritise and allocate work to field teams.
* Ensure network interruptions are known and shared with the rest of the business and provide customer updates via the website and telephone.
* Resolve customer concerns via email or telephone about their water supply.
* Update customer accounts after each contact to maintain accurate records.
* Keep in touch with customers after investigations or works to confirm satisfaction.
* Stay current with tools, resources and information to deliver the best possible service.
What You’ll Need
* Work from the Snodland office when required, minimum 2 days a week.
* Have adequate internet strength if working from home.
* Communicate positively in a busy working environment.
* Make quick decisions and multitask.
* Have 4 GCSE passes (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
* Be confident using different computer systems.
* Bring strong customer‑service focus and determination to resolve issues.

Compensation
£25,948.86 plus 10% uplift for working out of hours.
