Barbour ABI, part of Infopro Digital, is currently seeking a Client Services Account Manager on a permanent basis to strengthen its team.

This role manages client accounts within a specific territory, from onboarding to ongoing service management, identifying growth opportunities, and securing service renewals.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Provide exceptional account management to your clients.
2. Understand client needs and align them with Barbour ABI’s offerings.
3. Achieve monthly revenue targets for renewals.
4. Identify and pursue growth opportunities within your accounts.
5. Maintain regular client contact to ensure service quality.
6. Conduct meetings via Teams for account reviews, renewals, and upselling.
7. Respond promptly to client requests and training needs, maintaining high standards.
8. Gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
9. Log interactions accurately in Salesforce.
10. Communicate product updates to clients effectively.
Qualifications:
* Experience in Client Services or Account Management roles.
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
* Proven sales target achievement and objection handling.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary: Starting at £26,500 with an OTE of £13,500.
