Older Persons Neighbourhood Housing Officer (£14,906 per annum, £38,037 full-time equivalent, 15 hours per week) Job Role You will be proactive and professional and be adept at tailoring your approach and service according to individual situations and circumstances You will work closely with residents to ensure they can sustain their tenancies and maintain their homes to a good standard and identify any additional support that may be required to enable them to do so. You will need to be able to engage residents and encourage them to grant access to their homes to ensure that we are able to fulfil our landlord statutory obligations for compliance and to meet Decent Homes Standards. You will use relevant tools, interventions and tenancy enforcement action where necessary to manage tenancy breaches or anti-social behaviour. You will work with our tenants to develop and sustain cohesive communities and areas where people want to be and are proud to live. You will work in partnership with other agencies and third parties to support residents who may have complex needs or a number of vulnerabilities.
