As a Deputy Room Leader you will: Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues, in the class of 2-3 year olds; Innovate with activities, and constantly challenge your children's learning and development Be willing to move to different age groups as required Work effectively and cooperatively alongside our tight-knit team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times. Support the team in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS and our own Greenwood Philosophy. Take on Room Leader role in their absence Work on a shift pattern Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break per day.
