CMA have been engaged to recruit a commercially driven finance professional to join a growing, consumer-focused business in Midhurst as Head of Finance. Working closely with senior leadership, this role blends hands-on financial leadership with high-impact commercial insight. You will lead the day-to-day finance function, own trading and margin insight, and act as a true business partner across product, retail, digital and operations.
