Compensation
* $55,000 – $75,000
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support the Operations Manager with production and process improvement projects
* Work hands-on in a manufacturing environment to troubleshoot and optimize workflows
* Analyze data in Excel to identify efficiencies and track performance
* Collaborate cross-functionally to solve mechanical and process challenges
* Assist with implementation of engineering solutions on the production floor
* Communicate updates and insights to leadership and team members
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Comfort working both hands-on in a plant and analytically in Excel
* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
* Background in mechanical, process, or industrial engineering concepts
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
